Dr. Teles works on the design and implementation of e-learning
environments for teaching and learning. He specializes in the implementation of training the trainers
programs.
As president of TELEStraininglobal, Dr. Teles develops complete

Bruce
Byfield is an instructor and computer journalist. His
articles appear regularly on Newsforge, and his OpenOffice.org column
appears twice-monthly on the Linux Journal web site. He is currently
writing a book on OpenOffice.org. In the past, he has been a Product
Manager, a Directory of Communications and Marketing, and an instructor
in the English Department of Simon Fraser University. Currently
he is developing various courses for Open Source applications.
Tasya Harasim-Teles is a student at the Faculty of Business Administration, Simon Fraser University. She conducts marketing and telemarketing for TELEStraininglobal and is engaged in various projects both locally as well as internationally. Tasya also does accounting and is responsible for the design and maintenance of various websites.
